I sleep 8 hours a day but in 3+3+2 hour stints 🤡🤡🤡🤡
Sleeping at least 7 hrs a day is only possible if you're a god or practically underloading
Trying to get 7 hours is like you have to start sacrificing stuff you wanna do 😭
