As a local Indian let me say that you gotta know your place and you’re being a bad rep to international students. You didn’t have to mention your race. There’s mainland Chinese high performers too.

You came for a university education not to take part in the labour market without doing national service. You can be proud you’re achieving good grades but you’re not entitled to the local labour market. If anyone with good grades can get access to the Singaporean labour market there are a lot of high performers all around the world who should also be allowed in the labour market without restrictions. Locals have to do ns while international students don’t so that’s another thing exclusive to Singapore.

I know other international students from India who are humble and embarrassed about people like you saying these kinda stuff so please reflect on this.
