Let me tell you mnc is not your friend. Just like mnc think u are just part of the parts that run the machine anytime I can replace you.
Stop think company as your life start thinking your career as a life. See European and American they jump job like nothing when you don't serve my purpose I leave I go learn new skills new knowledge. I be versatile in my industry I know almost everything. In singapore we still think loyalty and stability as a life line. We always like to glue to our seat despite knowing once I leave no one will hired me.
Company policy will change anytime tbh. If your mindset still stick to sg mindset than local company and Asian company is where suit you the most already
