talentconnect is down rn anyways but i was wondering is it actually worth it to update symplicty and all? cus it asks for all this stuff which is basically all the linkedin categories like extracurriculars, achievements, etc and i was wondering is it actually worth taking the time to fill it in? like does anyone (eg employers) actually look at it?
