I only revise the night before every single exam, anyone can relate?

As someone with ADHD and a huge procrastinator, even on meds, I can only ever revise for all my modules 8 hours before the exam.

This means if the exam is at 9 AM, I start week 3 content at 12 PM. If the exam is in 3PM, I start at 7 AM.

I could not make myself focused enough to study during recess week, and all of my assignments are done last minute or submitted late. I don't usually attend lecture, if I do, I want to daydream. For half of my modules, I don't attend lectures or tutorials at all.

My GPA is surprisingly, not bad (>4.5). And it's not like my major is not difficult because I'm a STEM student and I overload every sem.

I feel a bit worried, as it means since I'm not failing, I don't have the adrenaline rush or incentive I need to change my study habits.

I am so worried about not being to keep up with this habit. Is this common?

Is ur major memory-intensive. Either ur short term/episodic memory is really strong and are able to remember more context compared to others or u're a genius. 🤡🤡
