from the RFs who literally only show up for events and don’t put in effort to know their residents’ names, to the RAs who are too disempowered by RLO to make any lasting changes that would benefit lighthouse; everybody’s just extracting lighthouse for what benefits them the mostttttttttttt. master gets free housing rfs get to claim their service requirements to get tenure or whatever and ras get free stay even if some dont care about their jobs. in the end student culture suffers bc nobody gives a crap about the place and honestly, why should they? nobody gets rewarded for doing well, so everyone does the bare minimum and everybody suffers as a result; so everybody just takes what they can get and leaves
