Y4 student unsure about taking Data Entry internship.

If I am a Y4 with 0 internship experience but got offered a 6 month Data Entry internship, should I take it for the sake of it and at least have 1 line on my resume or ignore it and continue taking more coursework in school and dont waste time on it?
