Determine whether each of the following vectors belongs to span{u1, u2, u3}, and if so, express it as a linear combination of u1, u2, u3:

1. v1 = (2, 3, -7, 3)

2. v2 = (1, 1, 1, 1)

3. v3 = (-4, 6, -13, 4)
