Can I apply for SEP for AY2027/2028 while already holding an SEP offer for AY2026/2027 Semester 2? For example, if I have already accepted my AY2026/2027 Semester 2 SEP offer, am I still allowed to apply for AY2027/2028 SEP? (will cancel my current one if i get a spot for 27/28)
