PhD in CS Possible After MComp General Track?

Can u do phd in CS after u finish MComp (General Track)?

Obviously as a Gender studies major I cant go phd in CS directly and I will need the bridging MComp (General Track) to get the foundation first. But is it sufficient to get into phd in CS upon completion of MComp (General Track) given that the courses inside are relatively basic?
